Decorating with nature can be fun and it allows you to be creative. Being creative can be therapeutic. It is important to nurture ourselves and live in an enviroment that is calming. The hustle and bustle of everyday life is exhausting. Take a moment to slow down and enjoy the gardens around you.

Here are a few ideas: Collect tiny sea shells, stones or acorns and fill up a jar. Use it as a paper weight. Pick dried flower stems or twigs and mix them with a plant in your home. Use sea shells to make a wind chime. Remember that nature provides us with all that we need.
