For sellers who want to remodel to get the top dollar out of their home, we work with realtors and their client’s budget to oversee the project from start to finish. This could be as simple as new counter tops or as elaborate as a new kitchen. We know that it is important to “spend less to gain more”, in other words, the actual cost of the project should not be more than the dollar amount that it gets in return when sold. By remodeling a home you will set it apart from the other competitive homes on the market and in return it will sell faster.
